If you haven’t played before. it works like this: with at least four people (teams) we can set up a league. Each player gets to draft players and decide who are on the active roster everyday. You then accumulate scores based on the stats of the players on your team. You can choose how actively you want to manage your team. You don’t even have to do anything if you choose to (the draft can be done automatically) or you can spend all your life figureing out the favorable pitching match-ups and hottest hitter-du-jour. Anyone interested? We can even set up prices to provide some motivation (i.e., the winner gets to sing a really bad song at the next reunion).

For those who think baseball is boring, I happen to find the old American game the most Chinese game in sports. It is like reading 古龙（小李飞刀） or watching ”双旗镇刀客“。 静如处子，动如脱兔 pretty much characterizes it.
Besides, if you want your sons to play sports in the States, it is certainly much more feasible choice than “handball” or hoops.
